The Trinitron Fix is the name given to the tool for fixing color issues that are present in some Sony Trinitron TVs. After further research, we found out that the issue is only present in TVs with chassis FE2 v3.17 and above.

It seems that by using the automatic switch Bandbridge SVB7735/SVB7733, the signal is normalised in a way that the colours are displayed correctly without requiring the fix.
