RGB-Pi SCART installation instructions

Steps:
1. Connect the cable in the GPIO facing to the outside of the Raspberry Pi
2. Download the latest version of the operating system from rgb-pi.com
3. Grab any 8GB or greater MicroSD card (all content will be deleted)
4. Download Etcher from etcher.io to write the image in the SD
5. Burn the image WITHOUT DECOMPRESSING in the SD and perform a SAFE EXTRACTION
6. You can now plug the SD into the Raspberry Pi, connect to the TV, and power on.
